We are an esteemed Independent Assessment Centre situated in Toronto, Ontario. OIAC offers a diverse range of comprehensive and autonomous assessment services with the objective of delivering an impartial, reputable, and unbiased third-party perspective for insurance-related matters.
We are currently looking for an accounts receivable/collections administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Making phone calls with Adjusters and following up on OCF-21s submitted
- AR - follow-up of overdue Invoices
- AR – submitt and follow-up on EHC
- Producing monthly AR Reports - including submitted OCF-21s and Private Invoices
- Reconciling write-offs; refunds
- Assisting with billing at months-end
- Provide a summary of account to legal representative
- Answer all billing related inquiries from adjusters and lawyers
- Reconciliate accounts for Collection
- Daily reconciling/posting of cheques and deposits
Qualifications:
- Some experience as an Accounts Receivables Administrator is preferred
- Some experience working with MVA claims as well as EHC claims is preferred
- Bookkeeping/accounting courses
- Key strengths and skills include financial analysis
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate to resolve problems and issues that arise
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
