Job description
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience in a food service environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Serve Safe certification or equivalents.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be English speaking & well educated
- Know Microsoft office
- Updated with all chemicals and materials using in kitchen
- UAE ‘s experience
- Awareness of all ADAFSA ‘s requirement “ MSDS , PPE , Pest control….”
- HACCP certified
- Food safety certified
- Capability of the five key supervisory roles include Educator, Sponsor, Coach, Counselor, and managing the team and all his duties.
- Must be flexible in his timings and covering any of his team in case of emergency.
- Aware of all his responsibility.
