About Me
My name is Dr Bruce Stafford, I own a very busy (and beautiful) acupuncture clinic in Bairnsdale, East Gippsland. I am the sole practitioner along with my receptionist, Tina.
I am usually booked out with up to 30 patients a day and see a broad range of conditions including pain, digestive, respiratory, mental health, fatigue, fertility, cardiovascular conditions, skin conditions and a range of other health concerns.
I have mastered Chinese Pulse Diagnosis and can tell most patients what their health problems are before they tell me. I have read over 50,000 pulses.
I spent years with some of the best practitioners in the world to master both balance method needling and also direct orthopaedic needling and soft tissue work.
I have a great work-life balance where I get to help a lot of people, but I also have plenty of time to enjoy my life and my hobbies too.
The Opportunity
I am looking for a registered Acupuncturist who is serious about looking for a better lifestyle, to work in the clinic with me. The main reasons I am looking for someone are to be able to meet the demand for acupuncture services in my area, to make full use of the modern clinic I have renovated and for us to back each other up for holidays and if we are sick.
The Details
- You can work anything from 2 to 4 days per week.
- You have access to three consulting rooms to see multiple patients at once.
- Everything is provided - all you need to bring is yourself.
- I will do most of the work to generate new patients for you and will work with you to show you how to retain them for long enough to make a substantial difference to their health.
- You would be a contractor.
- You can take holidays without fear of losing patients.
- If you like I can teach you how to read a pulse so you can tell patients what their health issue is before they tell you. It also brings great clarity for correct diagnosis.
- If you like I can teach you the most effective needling for a wide range of conditions.
- If you like I can you can learn Tai Chi at my school and Bairnsdale.
Remuneration
This is highly flexible. It can be either straight percentage of income or can be a retainer and percentage of income. The retainer would ensure that you earn money from day one and the percentage of income will see you earn $2000-$3000/week working 3 to 4 days a week at capacity (with all expenses covered by the clinic).
