Experience in digital learning instructional desig.
Have a media or communications-based background.
Collaborate with Learning Architects to convert conceptual design into a scalable, effective, and engaging learning media e.g. online learning content, webinars, video tutorials and other solutions to build capability.

Provide advice, guidance, and support on the use of technology in the design and creation of blended learning content.
Assess and design appropriate digital learning experiences for diverse teams, learning styles, cultures, and languages.
Assess and select existing digital learning products and platforms to potentially use at FMCG Business.
Design assessment and evaluation methods to measure learning program effectiveness and behavior change.
Facilitate learning experiences online and in-person.
Help to create a positive working culture with relevant digital tools.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor or master s degree in any field (Information System innovation, education, would be an advantage).
Having at least 5 years experience in digital learning instructional design.
Experienced working with educational technologies & tool (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, SCORM iSpring Suite, etc.) and learning platforms such as LMS and LXP.
Have a media or communications-based background, either in Web Design, social media or in a Learning Team with a bias for Digital content.
Good business & people analytical skill.
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
