JR. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
- Assists Document Controller in receiving, processing, and managing all outbound and inbound documentation relating to the projects such as contracts, technical reports, presentation materials, design and engineering drawings and documents, project management/execution/control documents, testing & commissioning documents, and results/reports, method statements, standards, and other forms in accordance with an established specific document control flow and procedure, both in hard and soft copies.
- Ensures that a document log is maintained live and tracking real-time progress, to be able to monitor lagging and critical items and act with the document owner or responsible person accordingly.
- Ensures that the document attributes (i.e., document number, revision number, title, etc.) are accurate and in accordance with the established standards and procedures.
- Maintains ownership of the document control platforms such as the Master Document Delivery List, and any crossover to scheduling, data management, resource management, multi-discipline collaboration, and other platforms.
- Assigns Document Numbers, and Drawings Numbers to all Project Document Deliverables.
- Tags documents to respective personnel-in-charge, department heads, project managers, and other relevant actors.
- Assists on-boarding of new employees by facilitating training relating to the document management system and other topics that are relevant to the level and role of the new employee.
- Assists Document Controller in extracting, interpreting, and analyzing data, and generates reports and visualization materials based on the document management system, for management meetings, technical, project management, commercial presentations, external collaboration, and other requirements.
- Assists in monitoring, tracking, and coordinating with the personnel (internal or external – Client/Consultant/Vendor) interfaces to ensure that the documents are attended to, to avoid lags and delays in the output.
- Supports the Document Controller in the development of Quality Management Procedures in support of standardization of optimum practices.
- Adheres to company regulations, quality programs, values, and standard practices.
- Handling document management and controls for multiple projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma / Field of any bachelor’s degree or Graduate of any vocational course.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a Document Management role. Experience in a Water Treatment or EPC Project company is preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience in relevant document management software, electronic collaboration, cloud, and server-based data storage and management, project management tools is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work and maintain control under pressure coming from a fast-paced environment and diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in various MS Office and ability to learn new platforms.
- Good technical writing and reporting skills.
- Able to travel and deploy to project sites within BW Water’s business territories.
- Willing to start initially as project based and will review contract after.
- Can start asap , preferred.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php260,000.00 per month
