Job summary

Golden Source of granular and aggregated fund administration and transfer agent data at fund positions and fund trades level to supply Finance department and other business stakeholders with data relevant to product finance referential (Management Fees, Administration Fees), active and passive Asset Under Management and its evolution at a business, product segment & distribution segment levels.

Participation in various activities, under the responsibility of the department Head:

• Regular monitoring and certification of AUM, transaction flows and product events in the Finance data depository.
• Regular reporting on the AUM, transaction flows, product referential and product events to the Head of the department and other stakeholders within the Finance function of the company.
• Participation to a project to automate processes and controls relevant to AUM, transaction flows, product referential and product events.
• Monitoring, summation and controls over trades made within company’s product ranges. Performing regular reconciliations of these trades against opening and closing positions for a given period.
• Participation to a project to automate regular reconciliations of trades against opening and closing positions for a given period.
• Preparation and update of the written procedures relevant to the above.
• Participation to any other projects and activities within the department as it might be assigned by the Head of department

Minimal education level

Academic qualification / Speciality

Master 1 or 2 in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics and / or any other relevant business experience

Any experiences in Asset Management company is a plus

Required skills

• Knowledge on financial products, and prospectus intelligibility is an advantage;

Technical skills required

• Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access. Advanced Access and VBA Programming are a plus;

Languages

Fluent English, written and spoken, advanced knowledge of French or any other language is a plus
