As Global Lead Integration & Transformation Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality Solutions (SMQS), you will ensure integration across the SMQS function (product teams, sites) by actively steering the project and service portfolio within the function and incorporate Technology and Business priorities.

As Global Lead Integration & Transformation Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality Solutions (SMQS), you will ensure integration across the SMQS function (product teams, sites) by actively steering the project and service portfolio within the function and incorporate Technology and Business priorities.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manages the strategic SMQS project and service portfolio considering the priorities, schedules, dependencies, and available resources
- Organize and be involved in investment proposals review and prioritization, to ensure alignment with organizational strategy (Company and IT) and considering business urgency and expected value.
- Lead cross-portfolio cost reporting, to support strategic decision making by the leadership. This includes budgets, periodic forecasting, actuals, accruals, working in close collaboration with the Project Management teams
- Organize & lead budget and financial management for the SMQS Project and Service portfolio including global/regional & site elements
- Define strategy to operate SMQS products and applications together with the product group considering business priorities
- Drive vendor strategy including vendor selection for service operations together with product groups. Engage closely with other technology teams to leverage strategic vendors
- Work out contracts / SoWs with vendors and contribute to negotiations

- University degree or various degrees in business, computer science, information technology discipline or equivalent, MBA optional
- 10 years’ experience working in an IT environment
- 8 years’ experience in IT project or portfolio management in a site, regional or global role and more than 5 years’ experience in managing teams
- Excellent knowledge in project management (PMI, PMA, PRINCE2 desired)
- Extensive change management experience
- Excellent experience in stakeholder and relationship management at country / regional / global up to leadership level
- Excellent knowledge IT Strategy & Planning and a track record in delivering global solutions at scale
- Excellent knowledge in vendor management
- Advanced knowledge of Design Thinking, Agile methodology and ITIL
- Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry (best in multi-national with global experience)
