UAE Outside door Sales experience at the Filed of Elevators is required to apply in this job
New Elevators Sales , Maintenance , Repair works Sales and Spare parts Sales
- Responsible for development, implementation and attainment of an annual business plan and achieve the assigned tasks for Bmu Lifts business processes.
- Development of Bmu Lifts position/image and market share in the local market by developing customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Work closely with customers to ensure that maintenance agreements meet both customer expectations and Company requirements for quality, performance reliability and passenger safety
- Collaborate with operations team on the field for optimum customer satisfaction services
- Assist facilities managers, building owners and other customers with presentation of company products & service offerings.
- Focusing on growing and developing the existing clients to generate new business
- Assess customer complaints and recommend corrective action to Management and Operations team.
- Prepare and present recovery, renewal, and repair presentations and proposals to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives
- Understand and utilize the complete range of Bmu Lifts service offerings in order to ensure the Company meets all client requirements
- Participate in Company professional development programs to enhance working knowledge of Elevator Company products, services and procedures
- Inquiry of the clients, Schedule meeting with customers, Site survey Inspections, prepare site survey reports
- Preparing Spare Parts replacement Quotation, material supply and delivery status
- Real estate and Facility Management Company visits. Keep complete contact record for all existing and potential customers.
- Scheduled Clients Meeting and renewal of existing contracts.
- Prepare Proposals, Quotations for new Maintenance contracts and properly follow-up with clients
- Prepare AMC contract based on approval of Quotation proposal
- Searching Elevator Spare parts Supplier, Domestic and International.
- Invoice Submission, payment collection.
- Accomplish assignments specified by the sr. management time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
